Airport Transfers in London

Heathrow Airport:
Transfers can be expensive, particularly between the airport and your London hotel. But when you book your Brendan vacation and take advantage of our land and air packages, we have included a FREE transfer to and from London's Heathrow airport and your Brendan Vacations hotel. For guests who have their own flight arrangements we offer you the opportunity to purchase inexpensive transfers to the door of your Brendan Vacations London hotel at a special group rate that has been negotiated by Brendan Vacations;Passengers will be picked up and dropped off in time to meet all flights booked to/from London's Heathrow Airport. US$65 per person per single trip to/from Heathrow Airport.

Gatwick Airport:
Guests who have booked Brendan Vacations' Land and Air packages arriving at and departing from London's Gatwick Airport are provided with Gatwick Express train vouchers. The Gatwick Express train journey from Gatwick Airport to London's Victoria Station takes 30 minutes each way. Guests then need to make their way from Victoria Station to their Brendan Vacations hotel and at the end of their trip back to Victoria Station.

Airport transfers in Europe:
All Brendan Vacations guests receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers by shuttle bus on the arrival and departure day of their Guided Vacation at the times specified above. Any guests whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle bus transfer timings may choose to book and purchase a transfer. Additionally, guests arriving before or leaving after the scheduled vacation may also book and buy a transfer through Brendan Vacations provided that they also purchase the additional pre- and post-trip hotel night(s) from Brendan Vacations.

Brendan Vacations's transfer terms and conditions:
1. Flight information must be provided to Brendan Vacations no fewer that 21 days prior to departure. Once transfers are booked they cannot be changed.
2. Brendan only includes one inbound and one outbound transfer.
3. In the event of flight delays outside of Brendan's control, the transfers will be deemed to be cancelled.
4. All transfers are based on group transfers. No refund is therefore available for missed transfers, or passengers not using this service.
5. For London arrivals, you must stay at a London hotel booked by Brendan Vacations on the night of arrival and the night prior to your departure date.
6. In the event of unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, strikes or demonstrations), Brendan Vacations will not be responsible for delayed or cancelled transfers.
