This afternoon explore the 'City of Tribes'. This thriving, bohemian & cultural city is a popular seaside destination with beautiful beaches and long winding promenade. Galway is a joy to explore with its labyrinthine cobbled streets, colorful shop facades and busy café/ bar culture.

DAY 2 | ARAN ISLANDS EXCURSION

Leave your behind hotel this morning and meet your shuttle to the Aran Islands ferry. Located off the west coast of Ireland at the mouth of Galway Bay, the Aran Islands are famous for its Irish speaking community and their unique way of life, where age-old traditions co-exist comfortably with modern living, making this excursion a perfect way to catch a glimpse of traditional Irish living. Enjoy a minibus tour, which highlights the main attractions of the island including the austere landscape crisscrossed with dry stonewalls, amazing coastal views and the Cliff of Dun Aengus where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Return to the island's main town, Kilronan, where there is time to explore the shops and perhaps pick up an Aran sweater.

Overnight: Galway - St Judes B&B or similar

DAY 3 | CLIFDEN

Today journey to Connemara, a wild land of rocky mountains, sparkling brooks, and rivers. Why not stop at lakeside Kylemore Abbey, a castellated neo-Gothic mansion, occupied today by the Irish Benedictine community of nuns who came from Ypres after World War I. Travel through bogland and villages to reach Clifden, one of the prettiest towns in Connemara located on the Owenglen River that flows into Clifden Bay. Live like royalty and savor the rich history by staying in an Irish Castle at Abbeyglen.

Overnight: Clifden -Abbeyglen Castle

DAY 4 | CLIFFS OF MOHER / KILLARNEY

Embark on a journey south along the west coast to the Cliffs of Moher through the Burren in County Clare. The word "Burren" comes from an Irish word "Boíreann" meaning a rocky place. This is an extremely appropriate name when you consider the lack of soil cover and the extent of exposed Limestone Pavement. Before reaching the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre, stop in Doolin and hop aboard the 1-hour cruise that will take you on a voyage of discovery along the 5 mile Atlantic shoreline of the Cliffs of Moher. Gaze in awe at the sheer scale and uniqueness of this natural phenomenon. You will not find a more enjoyable, enriching, and fulfilling experience. Next stop Killarney, the heart of County Kerry, otherwise known as 'The Kingdom'.

Overnight: Killarney - Alderhaven B&B or similar

DAY 5 | RING OF KERRY or IVERAGH PENINSULA

Leave your car behind today, as you sit back, relax and take in the stunning views on the Ring of Kerry on a motor-coach day tour. Travel the road that winds around the beautiful Iveragh Peninsula. It is undoubtedly one of the most magical places in all Ireland. Here mountains, valleys, lakes and sea blend into a landscape that is often breathtaking beyond words. The tours stops at Kerry Bog Village, Kells for Sheep Dog Trails, Waterville, Sneem and Ladies View.

Overnight: Killarney - Alderhaven B&B or similar

DAY 6 | CORK

Travel further south this morning to the rebel county, Cork. Enjoy a full day excursion around the Beara Peninsula, the wildest, most romantic of the peninsulas in the South West where the unspoiled landscape of the Caha Hills meets the shores of Bantry Bay. Or visit Kinsale famous for its beautiful yachting, sea angling and gourmet restaurants. Walk the small winding streets of this unique town at the centre of Irish history where the first settlers came. Admire the 800 year old Church of Multose and visit the unique star shaped Charles Fort. Tonight stay in Ardfield Farmhouse B&B in Ballinhassig near Cork City.

Overnight: Cork - Ardfield B&B

DAY 7 | CORK / BLARNEY / BUNRATTY

Travel to Cork this morning, Ireland's second largest city. Criss-crossing the city's bridges, you'll see the medieval Old Town, the university, City Hall and Shandon Bells. Visit the English Market where in the old days, stalls sold local foodstuffs, and shoppers haggled with the stall owners. Why not visit Blarney Castle, built nearly six hundred years ago. The Blarney stone itself is set in the wall below the battlements and to kiss it one has to lean backwards (holding on to an iron railing) from the parapet walk. Legend however tells us that the stone imparts the gift of eloquence to those who kiss it. This afternoon travel to Bunratty for your final night. Overnight: Bunratty - Briar Lodge B&B or similar
