Welcome to Ireland and your Game of Thrones adventure! You will be met by your private driver at Dublin Airport and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon why not discover some of Dublin’s main attractions and some hidden gems with a Local specialist on a Walking Tour of Ireland’s capital city. Later make your way to Guinness Storehouse to experience how this dark ale is produced from start to finish, ending in the Gravity Bar where you can sample a pint of the famous ‘black stuffstuff.

Pick up your car rental and embark on your journey northStop at Tollymore Forest Park, otherwise known as ‘The Haunted Forest’ covering 630 hectares at the foot of the Moune Mountains. This is where Ned Stark and his sons find the dire wolf pups, and where the Night’s Watch stumble upon some dismembered Wildling bodies in the snow. From here make your way to Castle Ward, or Winterfell. Explore this iconic filming location set on the 820 acres estate of an 18th century mansion, with its walled demense overlooking Strangford Lough. Dress up in character too, enjoying an archery or an axe throwing session in the spot where Jon, Robb, and Bran shot arrows in the replica Winterfell archery range.

Today explore Belfast, Northern Ireland’s capital city, on a City Sightseeing Hop on Hop off Tour. Discover the city’s living history along its famous landmarks that have played their part in Belfast’s colorful development from its great industrial triumphs to the civil unrest. End your day at the impressive Titanic Museum, where you can watch the famous ship’s life revealed, from her conception in Belfast, from construction to launch on her ill-fated maiden voyage. From here you can spot Titanic Studios where many of the shows famous scenes were filmed. This evening, why not stop off at The Dark Horse pub to see the uniquely carved Game of Thrones door, one of ten doors made from two trees at the Dark Hedges, or ‘Kingsroad, that fell during a storm in 2016.

Journey along the Antrim Coast to Cairncastle where it all began! It was here on the Antrim Plateau that Ned Stark beheaded the Nights Watch deserter in the opening scenes of Season 1, and where Catelyn Stark captures Tyrion Lannister. It's a short distance to the picturesque village Glenarm, home to Steensons Jewellery Economusee where many of the jewellery for the show was produced, such as Daenerys dragon brooches. You are also welcome to watch the artisans at their work. Make your way to Cushendall, otherwise known as ‘The Stormlands’ where Melisandra gives birth to the shadow baby in the Cushendun Caves located just beyond the village.
